APPROACH TO CHALLENGES Approvals Properly advocating Chinese Team’s design – from Commission of Fine Arts through utility approvals Early preliminary meetings to address agency concerns adding them to the design parameters Explore special DCRA / Utilities handling of project US Construction and Chinese Craftsmen Leave site and buildings’ infrastructure completely finished before craftsman begin their construction work Inspect Chinese craftsmen to completion for project Final inspection and sign-off by all parties Nurse’s Park Zooparc de Trégomeur
