The Basics Each Bar is different and will require different spirits to make the drinks required by its customers but the basic spirits should be found in every bar. There are different classifications of spirits available in each category of spirit.

Aperitifs and after dinner drinks light, most often dry, alcoholic beverage meant to spark the appetite or served after dinner to help digest. Can be drunk neat, w/water or with ice. CAMPARI VERMOUTH Vermouth comes in both white (dry) and red (sweet) versions, and the best-known vermouth producers are Italian (Martini & Rossi, Cinzano) and French (Noilly Prat). White Russian Ingredients: 2 oz Vodka 1 oz Coffee liqueur Light cream Mixing instructions: Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in an old fashioned glass. Fill with light cream and serve.

Irish Peck Shot Ingredients ¾ Jameson Irish Whiskey ¼ Lime Juice Mixing Instructions Fill up an old fashioned shot glass with 3/4 oz. of Jamesons Irish Whiskey, top off with 1/4 oz. of lime juice, garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
