CY 2014-15 OBJECTIVE: ‘What’ is Winning … Increase the impact of the National Trust movement by providing an effective global focal point and supportive framework for 1) advocacy and 2) the worldwide growth of National Trusts and similar heritage- based organizations. STRATEGIES: (Captain) ‘How’ we will Win … 1.Collaborate. (Leonard) Provide high value network opportunities for INTO membership to share best practices and to advance cutting-edge heritage conservation issues. 2. Advocate. (Turner) Lead a high- impact, goal-focused advocacy program to address heritage conservation issues critical to INTO’s membership. 3. Communicate. (Leonard) Inspire and engage the members of INTO and the supporters of its member organizations through a focused and robust 21 st century communication effort. 4. Organizational Strength. (Brown) Articulate and advance an agenda for a high efficiency/high effectiveness organizational culture for INTO. 5. Financial Strength. (Turner) Build financial stability through main- tenance of existing, and attraction of new, resources, establishment of an appropriately scaled fundraising effort, and strong financial oversight.
