2. Ted Turner  Born- November 19, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA as Robert Edward Turner III  Attended Brown University, but left before graduation. He was expelled his junior year for smuggling a coed into his room.  Founder/owner of CNN, WTBS, TNT, and other media properties.  largest private landowner in the United States with about 1.75 million acres in New Mexico, Montana, South Dakota and Nebraska. His ranch empire, based in Montana, raises bison.

3. Turner Foundation  Ted Turner has placed much of his 2 million acres of land under conservation easements to prevent future development. His Turner Endangered Species Fund has provided protection for a wide range of imperiled species, from bison and bighorn sheep to whooping cranes and wolves, supporting wildlife research around the globe.  This is important because he can fund and get people to help with the foundation which will make a change.

4. Turner Contributions  Turner has found a way to save our future, purify our air/water, and salvage our ecosystem.  His contributions have taught us a great deal about our environment
