RECENTLY LAUNCHED TARIFFS: My MTN Choice Tariffs: All the My MTN Choice catalogue deals are loaded with additional VAS, i.e. 100SMS and 100MB for example: The cost seen on NSS/RSS is the telephony cost and it doesn’t include the cost of the VAS. The consultant needs to view the specific deal in order to see the Total Monthly Cost (TMC). Please See example below: Samsung S5 on a My MTN Choice 100 @ TMC R529 Telephony on My MTN Choice @ R484pm 100SMS @ R15pm 100MB @ R30pm This means TMC R529 = R484 + R15 + R30 The consultant sees the R484 and assumes the deal Is not loaded. What they see on NSS: Samsung G900 Galaxy S 5 Black(Micro Sim) 32Gb free R 484.00x 24 months with CATM 72 August 2014 + 100SMS + 100MB @ TMC R529 (Backorder) What they see on RSS: If the consultant views the offer he/she will be able to see that the TMC equals R529

SERVICE DESK - TIPS Provide the correct information: – If a deal is to be created on a specific dealer code, please provide the correct dealer code; - For a retention, please provide the number/s in question; - Matching a competitors deal, always attach proof of the deal to be matched; - When requesting a deal on a handset which comes in a number of colours, please provide the colour of the device you would like loaded. - Complete all mandatory fields with the CORRECT information. Check all TABS before logging a query: - Consultants must check under all TABS on either NSS or RSS before sending a task stating that a deal is not loaded.
