Ingredients: 110 grs melted butter 120 grs self raising flour cups of sugar 2 eggs. Preparation: Mix all ingredients and leave flour to add at the end. Tip batter into a 28x18 cm cake tin. Slice apricots, poaches or apples and spread on the butter. Cover with half cup of sugar mixed with 1 or 2 teaspoon ful of cinnamon. Moderate oven 20 or 30 minutes.
