FISH and CHIPS by Elisabeth, Gaia and Virginia

Ingredients: -250 gr. boneless fish (cod fillet) -250 gr. potatoes -50 gr. plain flour -1 egg, lightly beaten -1 glass sparkling water -half teaspoon baking powder -vegetable oil -a spoon vinegar You need: bowls A whisk Non-stick pan

Preparation: wash and dry the fish slice the fish peel and chop the potatoes put the flour in the bowl in a second bowl, beat the yeast with a spoon of vinegar

break the egg into another bowl add a pinch of salt whisk to combine them place the fish in the flour shake off any excess dip the fish in the batter then in the bread crumb mixture

fry the potatoes in the oil in another pan, fry the fish for 3-4 minutes drain on kitchen towel

Enjoy your fish and chips!!!!
