3 https://www.dss.mil/ Mouse Over “Applications” and Click on “ISFD”

4 Click on “ISFD LOGIN”

5 Enter your UID & Password— Click “Login.”

7 System Navigation: Facility Verification Submit Verification My Verifications

8 Notifications: My Notifications is where you will see your current and past notifications.

9 User Management: Only available option is to change your password.

10 Click on “Submit Verification Request” to submit a new verification

11 Two ways to look up your own facility: by CAGE Or by Facility Name Make sure you select “Facility”

12 Enter Requestor Information

13 Enter Request Details Two ways to look up your SUBJECT facility: by CAGE Or by Facility Search Can choose either to make it a one time request, or to request change notifications be sent for a period of time

14 Here are the search Results for “L-3” in the Legal Name and “Greenville” in the City Name Select the facility you want And submit

15 You have not verified The FCL until you click, “Submit & Continue” or “Submit and View Notifications” or “Submit and Exit” You can choose to reset all information in the verification above.

16 You will see all new Notifications You can search all previous notifications By selecting “All” Click on “View” to View the notification

18 By clicking on “Home” You can go back to the Starting page. Click on “My Verifications” To view all verification Requests.

19 From here, you can edit Any of your verification Requests or view a list of Previous notifications for A particular verification.

20 By clicking on a column Heading, you can sort by That column. Here, “Facility Legal Name” Has been selected.

21 Click on “My Notifications” to view your Notifications.

22 You will see all new Notifications You can search all previous notifications By selecting “All” Here, I have no new notifications

23 By clicking “All” and “Submit,” All previous notifications appear. From here, you can view, edit (the Verification Request), or delete your notifications.

24 You will be required To confirm every deletion.

25 JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (1) JPAS SMO-like user management Query facility records by FSO Name Add a link to electronically submit New Facility Clearance Sponsorships External Users should be able to revise and update certain data elements belonging to their facility Verifications should include alternate FSO/POC contact information

26 JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (2) Security Review Findings: –Stored in discrete data elements –NISPOM reference associated –Available to External (Industry) Users Automatically remove expired verifications from view Include a link to the ISRep’s email address Include Information System Security Manager (ISSM) information in the verification

27 JPAS Program Management Office ISFD WG Stakeholder Requests (3) Names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail for both the local DSS ISR and Regional Field Office should be available when viewing verifications Based on user level, authorized external users (FSOs) should be able to pull data, creating ad hoc reports for their own facility and all facilities under their corporate structure. Users should be able to view and query appropriate data from facilities subsidiary to their own
