The process started with NAS/NetJets and then the two new low cost carriers NAS Express & Sama and several other charter operators. The process consist of 5 Phases with 3 Gates

Maintenance Programs Approved & Conformity Checks completed. 4. All Facilities Evaluated 5. All Personnel Evaluated & Tested 6. Exemptions & Deviations request resolved. 7. Final Compliance Statement accepted. 8. Evacuation Demonstration Completed. 9. Proving Test schedule reviewed and accepted. 10. Proof of Economic Authority provided.
