Log on with your Address that you have registered with Web Pricing Enter your password here LOG ON

3 Main Menu displayed when first signing on Web Pricing

4 Edit My Account to verify your information is updated and to change your password
Click here to verify all your account information is Current

5 Review and make necessary changes to your profile you may also change your password here as well
Review your information and correct any information that needs to be updated or is incorrect. Enter your current password Enter your new password Confirm new password Change password

6 Once you have changed your password you will see the message below in RED

7 From the Main Menu you can make Price Change requests
Click here to submit Price Change

8 This screen allows you to select your PIIN
Select PIIN from drop down menu Continue

9 Select the Region you are updating
Select REGION from drop down menu Continue

10 Select the item(s) you would like to change
Select Product (s) to change Continue

11 Select the Effective Date and future Price of the item(s)
Select Effective Date from Drop down Enter the NEW Price Continue

12 Review your changes Review effective date Review future amount
GO back to make a correction if necessary Submit price change Continue

13 Note your TCN for the Price Change you have submitted for tracking purposes
and verify your Price Change Status by Selecting search Price Change History Select to review your Price Change request Status

14 Search History allows you to look up changes by TCN, Effective Date or Advanced Search

19 The following pages will illustrate the various error or warning messages you may encounter while using Web Pricing and how to fix them.

21 Search History While searching utilizing the TCN feature if you do not enter a TCN number you will receive this message GO back and enter a TCN number You must enter a valid Date if not you will receive this error and need to GO Back and enter a Valid Date

22 Price Changes When making a Price Change you will need to enter the PIIN number GO back and enter your PIIN number When making a Price Change you will need to enter the DoDAAC GO back and enter your DODAAC

23 When making a Price Change you will need to select your item(s) that you would like a price change on GO back and select your item(s) When making a Price Change you will need to select your Effective Date GO back and select your Effective Date

24 When making a Price Change if you make a change that is more than a 25% difference you will receive this warning Please reverify the price change you are requesting. GO back to make a correction if necessary Submit price change Continue

25 Helpful Hints After 30 minutes of inactivity on any web page, you will automatically be logged out. After your price change is confirmed, record the Transaction Control Number (TCN). This number can be used later to check the status of that particular transaction. Please use the Search History option to check the status of each of your price changes. Status will be one of the following: Approved - your price change has been approved Rejected- your price change was rejected Submitted -your price change has been submitted, but not yet processed Received and In Process - your price change has been submitted, and is being processed by DeCA computer systems Not Processed Due to Internal Error- there was an error with your price change that prevented it from being processed successfully. Price changes in this status need to be resubmitted; if the error persists, contact Customer Support. Web Pricing System has been tested with Internet Explorer 7 and above.

26 Account Security Guidelines
User accounts are locked after 3 failed login attempts. User accounts are locked after 30 days of inactivity. User accounts are disabled after 60 days of inactivity. User accounts are deleted after 90 days of inactivity. User account passwords expire after 60 days. Remember to login on a regular basis to keep your account active and to avoid any adverse action being taken against your account.
