1. HOW TO SUBMIT TECHNOLOGY REQUESTS USING TRIACTIVE

2. Triactive Double Click on the icon in the bottom left hand side of your screen.

3. Triactive You will be taken to the web interface of Triactive. Select the type of work order to be completed using the drop down arrow.

4. Triactive Next use the drop down box to select which type of category the work order falls under. If you are unsure of this field you can leave the default setting.

5. Triactive Type in the subject as to what the work order pertains to.

6. Triactive Give a complete description as to all work to be completed. Please be very specific.

7. Triactive Scroll down to the bottom and select create ticket.
