5. Scroll down

6. Click on Action Page

7. Click on Proceed

8. Click on Go to Submit the Bid Forms

9. Click on the tick mark to submit the Item Specifications form

10. Click on Decrypt

11. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

12. Click on Encrypt and Submit

13. Click on Document Solicited from Vendor

14. Click on Select Doc to submit the doc

15. Select the same doc which you have selected at the time of Bid Submission stage

16. Click on Math Doc Hash

17. Click on OK

18. Click on Save Doc

19. Click on Submit

20. Click on Vendor Specified Terms

21. Click on Decrypt

22. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

23. Click on Encrypt and Submit

24. Click on Price Bid Form

25. Click on Decrypt

26. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

27. Click on Encrypt and Submit

28. Click on Done

29. Click on Go for Vendor Clearance for Opening

30. Click on Authorize

31. Select your Digital Certificate and Click on OK

32. Click on Done

33. With this you have completed Open Authorisation stage
