O.S.C.A.R (Oklahoma School Counseling Accountability Report) The O.S.C.A.R is a continuous improvement tool that gives a school counselor an opportunity to demonstrate effective communication and a commitment to getting results in their counseling program. The need for greater accountability in school counseling practice is widely accepted within the profession. Results indicate that participation led to an increased use of student outcomes data for program improvement, and increased awareness about student support programs among stakeholders.
