A leader is a person who can inspire others to follow. Leaders cannot achieve goals by themselves, subordinates require direction to obtain goals. What is a LEADER

Types of leadership FORMAL: Appointed in the hierarchy by the management. INFORMAL: Exercises influence but is not in a formal position, he or she can initiate or block actions and can set group norms.

What is a Crisis A crisis is a time of intense difficulty or danger. A crisis can involve an issue relating to the overall management, success and sustainability of the organisation, and it can involve an operational emergency.
