9. How will this affect me? What will it mean? An Action plan for each CSN has been drawn up to anticipate the way forward in each CSN area. This Action Plan will reflect the need for best value, quality of provision and meeting needs of families. It will address the levels of over and under provision and will create opportunities to align the Early Years Service.
