3 Native Landscaping 101 Native landscaping relies on a the plants - trees, shrubs, grasses, sedges, wildflowers, etc. - that lived in our region for thousands of years and are well– adapted to local growing conditions Native plants are difficult to mass produce and distribute across the country Native plants vary regionally and help create a sense of place in the landscape What is Native Landscaping?
