Who was Ryan White? Hemophilia patient who contracted HIV through a blood transfusion Diagnosed with AIDS at age 13 Internationally known for his fight against discrimination

Who was Ryan White? Where it happened? What happened? He graced countless magazine covers, got to know celebrities, appeared on television and even had a movie made about his life

Who was Ryan White? He passed away at the age of 18 in 1990 Present Day: his mother still travels around the world telling recount of his struggle, pain, triumph

The Legacy of Ryan White Only a few months after his passing the bill that bears his name was passed: The Ryan White Care Act The act was reauthorized in 1996, 2000, 2006, 2009 In 2006 renamed: Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program
