4. Fact finding  Set up a commission in HK  Equal opportunities commission 平等機會委員會  China set up some laws to control the Equal between man & woman  But chinese people have the traditional thinking about it  SSPA ….calculate the academic degree 學位  There are some examples show us that women have more power than men nowaday.(e.g.The female emperor) It is all about the government

5. The compare with the past and nowadays ( A ) Old people don’t accept girls to do jobs such police, postman, firemen etc. -Past, girls cannot study, just did housework at home. -But now the case has improved a little bit. ( For example:Girls can study.)

6.  On finding jobs,in the past,mostly men go out to find jobs and women stay at home.  But now,most women are working in jobs.Also,they can work the same jobs as well as the men.  Since the number of women is increasing,the choices of men on finding jobs are decreasing.  Maybe now, the men stay at home and the women work outside! The compare with the past and nowadays ( B )

7.  From the interview,in the past,mostly the teachers were the men.Because of one reason, the boys are good at studying.  But now,most of the teachers are women.Just some of them are men.  We can see that, nowadays, women are good at finding jobs,such as doctor and police.The reason is maybe the women are hard- working.Also,because the people have changed their thinking. The compare with the past and nowadays ( C )

8.  Past, all family want to have a baby son because only boys can earn money.  But now,the number of women are more than the men,that means not all the women will marry,so that they go to find jobs.  I think the women are more clever than the men since the date past! 10. The Change  From the example of the comparison with the past and nowadays (A-D),  women have more power than the men.  I also think women are more powerful,  hard-working and clever than the past.

11. Things we want to change  In the past,the man had more power than the women.  But nowadays, women can do better than the man.  From these two things,we think it is not good for our life between men and women.  Between men and women,they should have a same level like a lever balance.

12. Things we want to change  in Hong Kong, choices for the men on finding jobs are smaller than the women.  On study,all of the boys and girls should have the same lesson in the school life.  ( For example,girls also can have D&T lesson etc. )

13. things how to change  nowadays, some jobs still do not accept the women to do. ( police, postman)  But we should try,we should accept others on jobs.  women can do the same jobs as well as the men,then how about the men ？  Can men also do the same jobs as well as the women.

14. things how to change  Women and men also are people,should not be unfair.  The important is,if you have found your target,either men nor women,work hard in our life.

15. Solutions (1) Education -Teach the women that they should voluntarily report to the government when they are treated unfairly.( e.g. After a woman gave birth to a baby, she is fired.)

Solutions (2) Communication -If the government want to let more people to know how important is the fairness between men and women, the government should propagate more, such as put more advertisements in the public places (e.g. library). -Also, the government can hold some talks to talk about the problems, so that the men know how unfair they treat the women.

17. Solutions (3) Law & Justice -To let the men know how serious are the problems, the government has already set up some laws to protect the women, but these are not enough. The government should increase the punishment, so that the men will not think that although the women report to the government how unfair their bosses are, they are not some big problems.

18. Solutions (4) Society -Parents should treat their children fairly, whether they are boys or girls. Therefore, when they grow up, they also will do this to their children and it is also a way for improving the problems of sexual discrimination.
