3. 2013-2014 PROPOSAL  First week of school, paper registration form to be returned to Mrs Bishop for first student grade  Could be attached to handbook, to confirm understanding of expectations  Could include sponsorship/donation request  Class roster and form data entered into spreadsheet for tracking activity through year  Email information loaded from spreadsheet to MailChimp to create distribution lists  Band information communicated via:  AMS Blackboard site by Mrs Bishop  Newsletter (email distribution list) by Marna Carlson and Mrs Bishop via MailChimp  Website by Marna Carlson  Remove Yahoo Group
