OGDEN SPORTS WEBSITE Access the Ogden Sports website by going to the www.OgdenSchool.org Choose “Sports” in the left column Find all schedules, weekly calendar, announcements and downloadable forms

IHSA PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Every athlete is required to turn in a physical exam form issued by a physician, physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner every year. Find the physical exam form on the Ogden Sports website under Downloadable Forms.

STUDENT ATHLETE WEEKLY REPORT All student athletes are required to have their teachers fill out the weekly report every Friday. Reports must be turned in to the Coach the following Monday. Requirements of each student athlete: C average or better Be on time to class Good behavior Noncompliance with these requirements will result in a meeting with the teacher, student and coach to develop a plan on how to meet the requirements. If the plan is not followed, they will be removed from the team until they can meet the requirements.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS $50 varsity fee All varsity athletes are required to pay a $50 participation fee to supplement the cost of buses, uniforms and referees Due immediately Cash or check to The Ogden International School of Chicago

SIGN UP FOR THE OGDEN BOOSTER CLUB! What is the Ogden Booster Club? The Booster Club is a group of individuals that are willing to assist with various Ogden sporting events. By joining the Booster Club, Ogden will have your contact information and will call upon you when needed. Potential Booster Club activities: Car pool Crowd control T-shirt sales Food sales Fundraising Etc…
