First imperrission of your company / idea ”Tell shortly few interesting key points, that grasp the attention of listener and makes listener want to hear more.” Striking ”Know your audience.” Compact ”You rarely get more than few minutes of listeners time.” Positive ”Give solution to a problem, bring out the mutual benefits.” Inspiring ”Arouse the listeners interest.”

What is the problem or need your company, service, product will solve? Tell your solution. Target market. Know you markets. Revenue model. Benefit to customers, benefit to you. Team – the best plan is as good as the team involved. Know your team members. What is the competition like? Know you competitors. How much funding you need and where are you going to look for funding? Convince the funders/ investors about your idea.
