2.  The Ancient Egyptians were one of the most important civilizations of the past.  They were famous for Tombs, monuments, mummification and pyramids.  Ancient Egyptians lived along the banks of the River Nile around 5000 BC.

3.  the farmers grew wheat, barley, vegetables, figs, melon, pomegranates and vines.  they also grew flax which they made into linen for clothes

4.  They had Three seasons.  Akhet was the flooding season.  Peret was The growing season.  Shemu was The Harvesting season.

5.  Hieroglyphs was Egyptian writing.  The Ancient Egyptians wrote on papyrus reed.  They used to write with thin, sharp reeds.  There were more than 700.
