KOBLIH Y (DOUGHNUTS) I was frying them one afternoon and my sister was helping me and taking pictures.

INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH 3 cups flour 1 1/2 spoon oil 1 spoon sugar 1 cup milk 1 egg a pinch salt INGREDIENTS FOR LEAVENING 40 g yeast half cup lukewarm milk 1 spoon sugar a bit of flour SUGAR OIL MILK FLOUR EGGYEAST

How was I cooking?

Put the yeast,a spoon of milk,a half of a cup of lukewarm milk in a dish. Mix everything. Then let it rise. (cca 10 minutes) 1 2 3

Add all the ingredients – the flour,oil, sugar, milk, egg and a pinch of salt. Work up a smooth dough. 12 3

Cover the dough with a cloth. Leave it to rise.

Make small round cakes on a floured rolling board. In the centre of the cake s make dimple s. 1 2 3

4 5 Fry the cakes in a large saucepan for about 4 minutes on each side.

In the end put jam or whipped cream into the dimple s, decorate with powdered sugar. Enjoy my doughnuts Aneta
