2 As we all know pH is the measure of the acidity or basicity of a solution in chemistry. pH imbalance is an abnormality of the human body’s normal balance of acids and bases that causes the plasma pH to deviate out of the normal range (7.35 to 7.45)As we all know pH is the measure of the acidity or basicity of a solution in chemistry. pH imbalance is an abnormality of the human body’s normal balance of acids and bases that causes the plasma pH to deviate out of the normal range (7.35 to 7.45)

3 Most people who suffer from unbalanced pH are acidic. This Condition forces the body to burrow minerals including calcium, sodium, potassium and magnesium from vital organs and bones to buffer (neutralize) the acid and safely remove it from the body. Because of this strain, the body can suffer severe and prolonged damage due to high acidity- a condition that may go undetected for yearsMost people who suffer from unbalanced pH are acidic. The lower the pH value is below 7.0 the greater your degree of acid stress. It’s optimal pH is above 7. If it is lower than 6.8, then it is insufficient of alkaline reservesTear off 1-2 inch strip of the pH paper, place into saliva and compare the color of your immersed pH paper with the color chart provided on the pH testing roll. 6 Urine sample is needed for this test and mostly the first urine after waking up in the morning. pH of urine indicates how the body is working to maintain the person’s pH of the blood Urine pH values from 4.5 to 9.0 for it’s extremes but the ideal range is from 6.5 to 7.0 It is affected by biochemicals while the body tries to eliminate e.g. excess minerals, vitamins and products of metabolism which are drugs and toxins
