RECIPE FOR TACOS FLAUTA INGREDIENTS: 1 POUND CHICKEN 5 TORTILLAS 2 CUP OIL 1/2 ONION CUT SLICE 1/2 CUP CELERY 1/2 CUP CILANTRO LEAVES 3 TOMATO GREEN PEPPER 1 JALAPENO SALT TO TASTE 1 SPOON CHICKEN SOUP 1 POUND CABBAGE 1 SPOON PEPPER AND CUMIN 5 SPOONS GREAT THE CHEESE BY: KAREN & MARIA

STEP 1 Wash the chicken and boil for 40 minutes with onion, green pepper, celery and chicken consommé. After wait for it to cool.

STEP 2 Shred the chicken. Take one tortilla and add two spoonful of chicken. After wrap the tortilla with the chicken and secure with toothpicks.

STEP 3 Heat the oil for 10 minutes and add them in the pan for 5 minutes.After flip them one by one and wait until toasted.

STEP4 Shred the cabbage with the tomato and stir them for the salad.

STEP 5 Boil tomato, green pepper and jalapeno for 12 minutes. Put them in the blender and add half cup of water to mix them.

STEP 6 Boil tomato sauce add one spoon Pepper and cumin, one spoon of chicken consommé, salt to taste and a little tomato paste.

STEP 7 Put five tacos on the plate and sprinkle cabbage salad,tomato sauce and five spoons grated cheese. The tacos are ready for eating.
