Also made out of the Zweigelt- grape 100% Zweigelt Brillant, dark pink Fragrances of roses and tender raspberry in the nose, some animating spice. On the palate still fruity but with refreshing acidity; round finish. The grapes are squeezed gently. Afterwards the must is standing approx. 24 hours before the juice can be taken from the mash what makes her so rosy. Then she is maturing at 18°C in stainless steel-tanks till she has reached her full beauty.
