4. One day I got Hermit Crabs. It was on Easter of 2010.

6. My Mom and Dad brought my crabs home. I found out that my sister did not like them.

8. So, my Dad said that I could not let them out to play when my sister is in the room. If I want to let them out to play, I have to keep them away from my sister.

10. So, I let them out to play. I have to keep them in my room, BECAUSE, my sister is afraid of Hermit Crabs!

12. My brother’s Hermit Crab died. I had to go out and get another one. Then I had to go out and get two more because I like them so much.

14. Anyways, my brother doesn’t even like them anymore. He tried giving my big Hermit Crab a kiss, and it pinched him on the lip with his big claw. Ouch !

16. That is another reason that I am not allowed to let them out. So, I am going to build a little wall in front of my doorway and let them loose in my room when I get bored.

18. When I get the money, I am going to the pet store and get a bigger Hermit Crab. I am going to need a bigger tank.

20. If I can’t, then I will just have to use my ten gallon tank because the tank with my crabs in it, is only a thirty gallon tank. I am going to need more sand too.

22. I am going to need a lot of water, sponges, and Hermit Huts. I hope you liked my story about my Hermit Crabs.

23. My name is William Quigley, and I am in 10 th grade. My home school is New Castle Area School District, and I am enrolled in the auto technology program. I am dedicating this book to my sister, Samantha Quigley. The pictures in the book are actual pictures of my hermit crabs.
