Board of County Commissioners Project :Cassis PD/LUP Substantial Change Applicant: Hanson, Walter, & Associates District #:1 Request: To consider a substantial change to the approved Cassis Planned Development/ Land Use Plan (PD/LUP) to grant a waiver from Section 38-1287(4) to reduce the 25- foot pavement setback and allow a 10-foot pavement setback along US 192. The proposed change in land use will not cause an increase in trip generation. No additional entitlements are being sought with this request.
