Founded in 1984, ATI has made Bethel Park its home base. The spacious quarters of 105 Broughton Road provides ATI with a convenient location for both corporate office space and warehouse space containing a large inventory. 4 ATI Ongoing Support It is our goal at ATI to keep your integrated communication system operating 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, because it is essential to your business activities. We stress the importance of maintaining every system at its peak performance. The ATI customer support center provides the highest quality ongoing support of the products we represent. The center is your one-stop source for ongoing support including problem resolution, system administration, requests for additional training, and general system usage questions and concerns. Maint. & Warn. Info ATI’s warranty and maintenance package includes complete coverage of all equipment, parts, labor, training, and emergency service. Remote maintenance is also available. The following packages are available upon request.  Unlimited Remote  provides unlimited remote changes within 1 year period $800.00  Basic Remote provides 25 remote changes within a one year period $400.00 Please Call For Further Information Service Support Highlights Highlights of the service support during the warranty or maintenance term.  All service parts and labor provided at no charge.  24 hr, 7 days a week service availability  Emergency Service  Ongoing training opportunities  Centralized service via one number to call for all your service and technical requests, ensuring a fast and effective resolution at 831-1307 Remedial Maintenance Remedial maintenance includes both hardware and software. ATI is responsible for all parts, tools and labor required to maintain your ATI system(s). We provide the technical services of our trained and certified technicians, remotely or at the system site, as appropriate, in order to perform remedial maintenance. Each system (where applicable) is remotely monitored by the ATI Support Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. ATI will respond to all service requests within coverage hours when notified that the equipment is not functioning properly. We furnish all replacement parts, and quality spare parts are kept at various ATI locations to ensure availability when you need it. Major Problem Identification Response Times Within Coverage Major problems indicate a situation that seriously affects system operation. You will be asked to prioritize the situation when you call the ATI service-support center. Generally, major situations are defined as follows:  The inability to make or receive phone calls from your location  The inability of the attendant position console to receive incoming calls If on-site response is determined to be necessary, the following is response time commitments for a major problem:  Within 50 miles of an ATI service- responsible office: 4 hours  Within 150 miles of an ATI service responsible office: 6 hours
