Certified HACCP Manager CHM The Certified HACCP Manager Program focuses on the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and their worldwide acceptance as a food management tool. This two- day course teaches these principles from both a food processing and retail foodservice perspective. The course is taught by VIPFoodSafety, an IFSEA training partner specializing in food safety and HACCP training.

Certified Professional Food Manager CPFM – Food Safety Experior Assessments CPFM Program consists of a day long training program and examination. (Training time may vary where required by regulatory authorities). The exam is appropriate for those who work as site supervisors, managers, or first line supervisors in all food service facilities. All candidates who pass the exam are added to the National Registry of Certified Food Managers. The exam is one of only 4 accepted by the Conference for Food Protection, the authority on food safety in the U. S., and is accepted by all jurisdictions requiring Food Manager Certification
