3.  Native Americans were settled in different regions in America. After crossing the Bering Strait.  The coastal regions, such as California and the Northwest Coast, were moist, had mild weather, and contained many animals.  The Plateau and Great Basin were both located between the Sierra Nevada's and Rockies but the Plateau was slightly different because the Plateau had a higher altitude and the Plateau had a cool wet climate but the Great Basin had a severe climate with extremes of hot and cold.  The Great Plains and the Southwest had vast, treeless plains and little to moderate rainfall. 5.  Every group of people have BAM (“The Basic Activities of Man”); it is how they live. 8.  The French were a bit kinder. How so?
