7. La cebolla The onion

8. El aceite de oliva y la sal. The olive oil and the salt.

9. Pela la patata. Peel the potato.

10. Pica la cebolla. Chop the onion.

11. Pon un poco de aceite en la sartén, y fríe la patata y cebolla a fuego lento. Put some oil in the pan, fry the potato and onion together at low heat.

12. Rompe el huevo en el cuenco. Break the egg in the bowl.

13. Bate el huevo. Whisk the egg.

14. A Añade el huevo a la patata y cebolla y fríe a fuego lento. Add the egg to the potato and onion and fry together at low heat.

15. Cuando esté hecha por un lado, dale la vuelta con un plato. When it is done on one side, turn it over on the other side.
