3. ENEMY COA 2 CAF will seize and occupy Ladrones Group of Islands initially by employing 6 th and 7 th Air Groups and 1 st Fleet to conduct air and naval bombardments respectively prior to assault by airborne and follow-on ground units as invasion forces.

4. ENEMY COA 3 CAF attacks NOLCOM air and naval bases in mainland Luzon using the 6 th Air Group to decimate Philippine air and naval forces while simultaneously deploying the 1 st Creparian Fleet to isolate Ladrones Islands and insert ground forces for invasion.
