Reproducing Prairie grass is a very difficult procedure. Prairie fires are important because the fire carries the seeds. The Prairie is sometimes reproduced by repeated seeding.

There are many reasons that it is important to restore the prairie. Some animals depend on the Prairie for their food source. When we lose prairie we lose the animals that live there.

Prairie grass is important for lots of reasons. Prairie is the habitat to rare animals, and if it dies they will get more rare and possibly go extinct. If Prairie grass dies the world would lose an irreplaceable ecosystem because after prairie gets destroyed it takes many centuries to be restored.

Today some animals don't have homes and are being killed by predators. NOW is the time to restore Prairie grass.
