MAKE AN ITALIAN PIZZA Ingredients: ½ package of active dry yeast 2/3 cup of warm water 3 cups of flour 1 teaspoon of fine salt Tomato sauce Mozzarella sauce 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil Oregano

Procedure: To make the dough: Place the yeast in a small bowl Add 1/3 cup of warm water and stir with a fork. Set the mixture aside for about 10 minutes.

Place the flour in a big bowl and sprinkle whit the salt. Make a hollow in the centre. Pour the yeast mixture and the remaining 1/3 cup of water

Stir well with your hands

Sprinkle the table with flour and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic (8 to 10 minutes)

Heat the oven Roll the dough and transfer it to an oiled pizza pan

Topping: Spread the tomato sause over the top and cover with mozzarella.

Sprinkle with salt. Dizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Bake until the crust is golden brown (15 to 20 minutes) When baked, arrange the oregano over the pizza. Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Serve hot BUON APPETTITO!
