4 1. Changi Airport East Industrial / Logistics Project Project description: New airfreight terminals, cargo centre for forwarders, logistics park and mail control Expected completion date: 2020 – 2022 Budget: SGD 1 Billion Project Owner: Changi Airport Group Capacity: 4.5 – 5.5 million tonnes

5 2. Project Jewel at Changi Airport Project description: World-class lifestyle destination for global travelers. The complex will offer aviation facilities, retail offerings and unique leisure attractions. Expected completion date: 2018 Budget: SGD 1.47 Billion Project Owner: Changi Airport Group Capacity: 24 million passengers per annum

6 3. Relocation of PSA to Pasir Panjang (Phase 1) & Tuas (Phase 2) Project description: PSA port to be relocated in two phases: (1) Pasir Panjang Port and (2) Tuas Port Expected completion date: 2020 Budget: SGD 4.5 Billion Operated by: PSA Capacity: Additional 15 new berths

7 4. Development & Expansion of Seletar Airport & Aerospace Park Project description: Development of Seletar Airport designed to support industrial and business aviation activities. Expected completion date: End of 2014 Budget: SGD 60 Million Project Owner: JTC & EDB Capacity: 30 aerospace companies & an 1,800 m runway

8 5. New International Cruise Terminal Project description: Development of the Marina Bay Cruise Terminal Singapore for international passenger traffic. Completion date: 2012 Budget: SGD 450 Million Operated by: SATS Capacity: Able to berth two 3,000 pax cruise ships

9 6. E-Freight & IoT (Internet of Things) Project description: Using RFID to improve land/sea/freight information flow and productivity Expected completion date: 2017 Project Owner: CAAS & IDA

12 8. Expansion of MRT Rail Network Project description: Expansion and development of MRT rail network to serve extended areas and a greater number of commuters. Expected completion date: 2025 Budget: SGD 60 Billion Operated by: LTA Capacity: Increase from 160 to 320 km of track

By 2020, the commitment is to have 16% reduction in emissions, 30% energy usage reduction, 20% green buildings and 11% increase in public transport usage. Expected completion date: On-going
