6 Seven Ancient Wonders of the World were all located around the Mediterranean basin, the then-known world.

7 Time All Seven Wonders of the World were built in ancient times.

8 How long did it take to buid them? The Lighthouse of Alexandria was built around 299 B.C. and was completed some twenty years later. The Temple of Artemis was begun in 334 and was finished in 250 B.C. The Statue of Zeus was built between 470 and 460 B.C. and was completed in 456 B.C. The construction of the The Colossus of Rhodes took 12 years and was finished in 282 B.C. The Hanging Gardens of Babylon said to have been built between the years of 604-562 B.C. The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus was built between 370 and 351 B.C The Pyramids of Egypt were built between 2600 and 2500 B.C.

9 Material and size They were built of stone, gold, jewel, bronze, marble, limestone blocks. All these buildings were of an enormous size.

10 Do they still exist? The 7AWW do not exist any more except the Great Pyramids of Giza.

11 Reasons They were all demolished because of various reasons as fires, earthquakes, wars and other. Only THE GREAT PYRAMIDS of GIZA remained.
