RTC Agile Planning Component provides lightweight iteration planning,tools to create release plans for a whole project, create iteration plans for teams, and to monitor the progress during a release and its iterations, monitor and balance the work load among the team members RTC Agile Planning Component integrates work items tracking, SCM, and build management into a single platform for improving traceability, development productivity and software delivery, all plans can be accessible to the all team members from Web client and RTC client RTC Agile Planning Component supports different agile methods (Eclipse Way, OpenUP, Scrum, …)
