Speech recognition technology (Call IQ). Calls are transcribed and flagged for investigative purposes. Vendor provides continuous updates of slang and custom phrases used by law enforcement. Jail’s inmate management system is updated in real-time at Booking, and enables seamless integration with Medical scheduling.
DSI ITI’s additional functions will provide County with greater value for projected revenue.

4. PCS & Cost PCS offered a flat-rate, annual commission of $1.5M
Procurement Committee preferred offering based upon percentage of revenue, and Identified three issues with flat-rate:
