X. Evaluation Criteria Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria: a. Organizational Capacity – 25 points b. Program Design and Approach – 40 points c. Administrative and Fiscal Qualifications – 35 points Applicants must score a minimum of 70 points to be considered for funding. Review committee will be comprised of SSAI staff. SSAI reserves the right to seek additional information from Applicants, potentially including site visits or agency interviews.

XI. Notice of Award SSAI will announce the award(s) no later than Wednesday, May 27, 2015 SSAI will notify all applicants of decision by email SSAI will facilitate transition activities of SCSEP from May 27 – June 30, 2015
