Now 22,000 foreign studetns in Korea [484,000 should be in India; hardly 2,000] 218,000 Koreans study abroad Dubai & Abu Dhabi Education city in Qatar, where Cornell, Carnegie, Mellon, George Town, Texas A & M & N Western Qatar population 1.5 million spends $1.5 bn (Rs.6300 crores for scientific education & Research [India should Rs.4,72,000 cr] Festival of Thinkers in Abu Dhabi 2007 16 Nobel Laureates & 160 intellectuals 2007 - 140 conferences in Quatar alone
