3. INTRODUCTION Penang Times Square is built on a 5.2-hectare site along Jalan Dato Keramat. The landmark project is divided into four phases to be implemented over 10 years.

4. PHASE 1- Birch The Plaza, comprises of a 19- storey block of serviced residence and a five- level shopping mall. PHASE 2- a 20-storey serviced residence called Birch Regency as well as commercial shops. PHASE 3 & 4- Still in planning.

5. Penang Times Square is also known as the urban village in Penang. An urban village is a compact, walk-able, mixed-use neighbourhood and town that are pleasure to live in. This is because urban village is a place where everything you need is within walking distance including nice public squares to relax in and meet people.

16. BALLOON RELEASE 1.Make a round surrrounding the water fountain while holding Bamboo Sound Tool and Black Box. 2.Don’t forget to wear your mask. 3.We have to release the balloon one by one. 4.During the release of balloon,student may shout whatever they feel at the moment.
