1 Corinthians 6:9-10 -- Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Theft listed amongst the worst sins.

A Life Free Of Covetousness Not all theft is “taking stuff” Malachi 3:8 -- Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, 'How have we robbed You?' In tithes and offerings.

Covetousness and deceit can lead to theft Exodus 20:17 -- You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife or his male servant or his female servant or his ox or his donkey or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

Proverbs 11:1 -- A false balance is an abomination to the LORD, But a just weight is His delight. James 4:1-3 -- What is the source of quarrels and conflicts among you? Is not the source your pleasures that wage war in your members? You lust and do not have; so you commit murder. You are envious and cannot obtain; so you fight and quarrel. You do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures.
