2 MODIS Web Service Get MODIS Subsets through machine to machine interaction SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol) based Retrieve Subsets using: Command line ( Perl) Workflows (Kepler) JAVA desktop software User Comment: “Anyway - for what it's worth I think the [MODIS] web server [service] is a really great idea and of potentially large value to the scientific community - if you need a letter of support to help keep it running I would be happy to provide one.”
