HURRICANE Carola and dora
2
Hurricanes A hurricane is a storm system with a low- pressure center. They cause strong winds and heavy rain. A hurricane strengthens when water evaporates from the ocean. That makes condensation of water vapor contained in the most air. They lose their force when they move over land
3
Negative effects Hurricanes can destroy: houses and buldings They can kill humans
4
Hurricanes and climate changes The climate changes makes... The temperature of ocean increases relatively unstable atmosphere with little wind shear high water vapor content. An important process driving a tropical cyclone is the evaporation of moisture from the ocean's warm surface into the atmosphere, making the ocorrence of hurricanes raise.
5
Curiosity A Hurricane counterclockwise wind flow in Northern Hemisphere. Clockwise wind flow in the Southern Hemisphere.
6
Hurricanes are also called typhoons, tropical storms, cyclonic storms, tropical depression and simply cyclones
