3. Key Club Shirts  Shirts are in!  Please go by Mrs. Langley’s room (2 nd floor JMASC) or Ms. Morris’s room (FA) to pick up your shirt!

4. Submitting Hours  Hours submitted after the first of the month are LATE and will NOT be counted!  Do not comment your hours on the website – there is an actual hours submission form located under “Hours and Standings”  Ways to submit hours:  Enter directly into our website www.jenkskeyclub.orgwww.jenkskeyclub.org  Sign in on the project sheet when you volunteer  Email the board member in charge of your project  Email servicehours@jenkskeyclub.orgservicehours@jenkskeyclub.org

Projects  If you didn’t get signed up to receive info on a particular project, you can find their contact info on our website www.jenkskeyclub.orgwww.jenkskeyclub.org  Please EMAIL board members if you want to volunteer at their project  Commenting on the website is the LEAST effective method of communication!!

6. What’s New?  Suggestion box is now available!  Pen and paper available for members to write a thank- you note to soldiers overseas. If you would like to submit a more formal letter, you can submit those for a point.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities  HallowMarine  When: October 27-31 st from 6:30-9:00 PM  Where: Oklahoma Aquarium  What: Handing out candy, playing games, face painting  Volunteers encouraged to wear costumes!  Tulsa Buddy Walk  When: Sunday, October 19 th 1:30-4:00  Where: Union’s Central Park  All volunteers get a free shirt, food, and drinks!

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities  The Bair Foundation  Donations of toys for all ages  Volunteers to help wrap gifts and address labels  Light the Night Walk  When: Saturday, October 18 th  Where: Jenks Aquarium  What: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society hosts this nationwide walk to raise funds to support the Society’s goal of finding a cure.

12. Key Club Fundraiser!  We raised $752.84 for the Children’s Miracle Network.  The winners are:  Mr. Engle  Mr. Fox  Mrs. Morris The winners will be pie-d in the face at the pep rally tomorrow!!
