2. Powerpoint Assignment With 1-2 partners, you will create a short powerpoint presentation that you will deliver to the class. Everyone will present. You will first find important details on your topic in your textbook. Second, we will do internet research to find images and additional information on your topic. Your finished powerpoint presentation should have 3-4 slides with images and very little text (15 word limit per slide). You will write your speech on a notecard and deliver most of the information aloud. Each group member needs to type their speech and hand it in. You will be graded individually on your work.

3. Change: Names, dates and numbers do NOT count toward your 15 word limit. Today, find: Biographical information on important people related to your topic. The development of your topic: what brought about this change. How did it change over time; what did people used to think/do and how did the development of your topic affect this? Impact on history! IMAGES: Save good images to an e-file so you can access them next week when we put the powerpoint together. ***Notes on this will be a part of the grade. You can either write them in your notebook, or keep them electronically. You will hand them in after you present.

4. First: You will be assigned a group Second: You will read and write down important facts about your topic (15-20 min.) Third: You will discuss as a group to see if you came up with similar main ideas. Fourth: On the back of your sheet, list 4-5 questions that you want to find out about your topic. Also, list possible ideas for images that you can search for and use in your presentation.
