Members Receive Permission to upload an unlimited number of finding aids Development and maintenance of best practices Training in AAO best practices and infrastructure Maintenance of the AAO database, stylesheets, website, server, and associated software Access to Google Analytics reports in support of institutional assessment activities Coordination of overall AAO program Negotiation for and management of AAO’s technical consultant

11. Members are Required To Designate an official contact person Attend annual plenary meeting and special meetings as necessary Comply with uploading protocols and basic quality standards Report website and server errors promptly Keep abreast of AAO activities and projects Sign a Letter of Intent with AAO and pay required dues
