In Super Bowl XLII at University of Phoenix Stadium on February 3, 2008, the New York Giants bet the New England Patriots 17-14. 10 Executive Committee All Local, County, State, Tribal and Federal Jurisdictions that are stakeholders in Super Bowl XLIX Venues, Game, sanctioned and unsanctioned events Will be requested to provide authorization for REGIONAL participation and the use of their assets for Super Bowl XLIX Will be briefed on the planning and preparation of the Public Safety piece for Super Bowl XLIX Will be the Overseers of the REGIONAL planning effort for Super Bowl XLIX

12 Executive Advisory Committee A decision making/working group directly responsible for Super Bowl XLIX Venues and the Game Directly responsible for implementing strategic and policy level planning and preparation for the public safety at Super Bowl XLIX Responsible for the flow of information to and from the Executive Committee Will be convened on a regular basis to provide authorization and direction to the Core Planning Group Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale, DPS, MCSO, FBI, DHS, Federal Coordinators
