14 CEML Recommendations National Leadership and Management Programme for Managing Directors National Leadership and Management Programme for Managing Directors 20-250 employees Engagement ££££££££££ Assessment ££££££ Development - £1000 per MD ‘Joining entrepreneurs in their world’ means using intermediaries

15 CEML Recommendations Levels of engagement with Managing Directors in SMEs 20-250 Engagement - Stimulation of demand to a wide audience. Examples could include peer-based seminars, benchmarking opportunities, one-to-one adviser sessions or the use of informal diagnostics. Assessment - Progression to more in-depth assessment and identification of bespoke learning solutions. Brokering of existing formal and informal learning provision. Some personal development plans written and actioned; some provision brokered. Development – Actioning of personal development plans and provision brokered as appropriate. Managing Director to be provided with a reimbursement of up to £1,000 against development costs incurred.
